There has been a change at the NJ Department of Insurance
impacting all bail bonds agents that write Immigration Bonds.

"Only persons licensed as Insurance Producers with the Casualty line of
authority are authorized to write Immigration Bonds in this State."

Continuing to write Immigrations Bonds without a Casualty license may result in
disciplinary action, including the revocation of your producer license.
